The innovative CLOSURE SYSTEM allows a simply and quick fit. The boot is equipped with 3 steel cables adjustable closures with TECNO-3 PUSH rotor. The PUSH button allows the buckle to be lifted for more closing pressure. The shin and ankle mechanisms allow a symmetric closure. The instep mechanism ensures a snug yet comfortable fit.

TECNO - 3 IRON

TECNO 3 IRON mechanism closes the boot and adjusts the calf circumference with a resistant steel wire which, passing through the upper is fixed to the internal cable holder. TECNO 3 IRON, the upper and the cable holder are replaceable.

TECNO - 3 MAGNETIC

TECNO-3 SYSTEM is a Sidi closure system which thanks to the proprietary Sidi Wire material, allows intuitive and effortless on the fly adjustments. The TECNO-3 buckle system is serviceable and easily replaceable.

REPLACEABLE ST10 BUCKLE AND STRAP

This closure system adjust to the leg circumference on both sides therefore increasing the opening of the boot for ease of putting on.

MICROMETRIC MEMORY STRAPS

Allow you to adjust the circumference of the calf to the millimeter, with indented memory regulation straps.

TPU BANDS

Arch and achilles areas are covered with Sidi’s exclusive elastic textile and injection molded polyurethane comfort panels. The arch area utilizes two TPU bands next to the TECNO-3 Magnetic closures, for a maximum support and wrap of the arches.

ZIP ELASTIC PANEL

Sidi has added a small elastic panel to aid in a smooth zipper operation as it allows a bit of movement via the elastic as the zipper passes over the rider’s ankle ball.

SUPPORT BRACES SYSTEM

The rear upper is made in polyurethane, and is assembled to the boot with two screws: one on the outside under the TECNO-3 Magnetic mechanism, the other on the inside which holds the micrometric adjuster strap. The screws support and block the internal support system which is made with carbon fiber beams, making up the frame of the boot. This system allows excellent flex movement front-to-back while being firm side-to-side. The Tecno-3 Magnetic mechanism and the micrometric memory strap adjust the leg circumference to fit around the calf muscle.

· ANKLE SUPPORT BRACES
· AIR VENTILATION SYSTEM

A - A single ANKLE SUPPORT BRACE joins the internal and external ankle joint for more support. In the outer lower part, the ankle support brace is equipped with air vents which can be operated by an aerodynamic shaped button. The ankle support brace is made with NYLON material with GLASS FIBER. Small slots on the joint’s central part allows perspiration and air dissipation.

B - The two nylon braces join the ankle joint with two screws that are hidden by a nylon cap. This system supports the ankle and is reinforced with fiberglass and is easy to replace. This system allows excellent flex movement front-to-back while being firm side to side.

C D E - On the lower external part of the boot an air intake has been inserted that can be operated with an aerodynamic button.

VORTICE SLIDER

The toe slider is made in nylon reinforced with fiberglass. It is fitted with an intake and an innovative alloy insert.

REPLACEABLE SLIDER

The slider is replaceable and available in full nylon, with ceramic or with aluminium inserts.

ASYMMETRIC HEEL CUP

Asymmetric and shaped shock absorbing heel cup, smooth and flat inside, for more adherence with the bike, with shock absorbing system in the back and outside. The shell and the shock absorbing system are replaceable through a screw and an interlocking system.

SHOCK ABSORBING HEEL CUP

A polyurethane shell holds a shock absorbing insert, visible from the outside through small slits that mark out the look of the heel. The shell is mobile as it is fixed to the boot by two screws that allow 3 mm of impact movement.

MICRO ADJUSTABLE AND REPLACEABLE BUCKLE SYSTEM

The Sidi micrometric buckle used on motocross boots, with indented memory-regulation straps. The buckle, strap and retaining clips are easily replaceable. The buckle has just one fixing point (by a screw), which allows them to be easily closed making the boot adaptable to the rider’s position..

ANTI HYPEREXTENSION SYSTEMS

The boot has three anti hyperextension systems for the foot, all removable: the first is located on the first hinge (A), the second on the back of the boot (B) (the bootleg leans on the ankle avoiding an extra bending backwards), the third is frontal (C) and it is made up of an innovative system that, through a screw on a replaceable insert, allows a specific tibia flexion range and freezes if bending is excessive. A bootleg in PU, connected to the ankle strap through the second hinge, protects the back of the boot and is positioned between the upper and the lining.

HINGE SYSTEM

Atojo SRS has two flex points (A): the first hinge is positioned under the ankle, to reduce thickness and make the boot smoother and more aerodynamic on the inside(B). The support brace placed inside the boot has a limited range of movement to prevent hyper-extension of the ankle, of the instep and of the back tendon. This technology gives the rider greater security. (A) The second joint, above the ankle, which works in sync with the lower hinge, improves the flexibility of the boot, making the bending movement fluid without compromising rigidity and lateral protection.

HYPER EXTENSION BLOCK

The Crossfire 3 has an articulated joint on the ankle, called “HYPER EXTENSION BLOCK”, with completely revolutionized technology. It prevents the hyper extension of the ankle, the instep and the posterior tendon when the leg is flexed forwards or backwards. This technology guarantees the rider’s safety

FLEX SYSTEM

The upper pivot, on the bootleg, improves the flexibility of the boot and the adjustment of the bootleg itself. In this way, the rider can adjust the boot strap at the calf to his personal preference and achieve an improved fit.

DUAL FLEX SYSTEM UPPER

The Crossfire 2 maintains the key feature of the Sidi FLEX SYSTEM, with its two articulated joints. The first lower one, on the ankle, improves leg flexation and allows for a more natural and correct position on the foot pegs. All bolt on components of the Crossfire 2 are replaceable. The upper pivot, on the bootleg, improves the boots flexibility and the adjustment of the bootleg itself. In this way, the rider can adjust the boot strap at the calf to his personal preference and achieve an improved fit.backwards. This technology guarantees the rider’s safety.

FLEX/VERTEBRA SYSTEM

For better racing performance and safety, the boot is equipped with, on the rear support structure, a system similar to Verterbra System used on Sidi’s Road Racing boots making it more flexible and a joint, the Flex System, where the plastic heal ends.

CALF SECTION

The boot leg is equipped with a suede calf section cover enriched with embossed rubber inserts which, in addition to providing good grip in contact with the bike, have the function of protecting the leg from heat. The rubber inserts are also found on the inside of the ankle.

ADJUSTABLE CALF SYSTEM

The boot leg has a replaceable inner calf plate, produced in PU and a printed rubber insert, to protect the leg from exhaust heat, wear and tear. The calf plate features an inner double adjustment, which allows to widen the circumference of the boot and accommodate even wider calves and shin guards. achieve an improved fit.

SRS DOVETAIL SOLE

SRS DOVETAIL SOLE it has an innovative design and a revolutionary replaceable system. Tip and heel are fixed, while the central part, made with a rubber insert with a brand new dovetail system and 4 screws for more security is replaceable.
